Pricing questions
- What are credits?
- Every plan includes credits each month. AI writing, AI images, the Companion, web research and posting to X use them; everything else — scheduling, the calendar, posting to LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Mastodon and your blog — doesn't.
- How far do my credits go?
- A typical AI-written post uses a few credits, an AI image about 9, and a post to X 5. Longer work like a researched blog article or a deep web research run uses more. The app shows every use in Plan & usage → Credit activity.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with 100 credits, and no card is needed. If you don't choose a plan when it ends, your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted.
- What is Founder pricing?
- The first 25 subscribers pay $14/month for their first 12 months, then $19 (Solo). It's offered while places remain, once per workspace.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Cancel any time in the billing portal; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Payments are non-refundable, including partial periods and used credits, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, VAT included where it applies.
- What if I run out of credits?
- Buy a top-up in the app any time. Top-up credits never expire while your account exists, and they work on every plan.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- US dollars, euros, Swiss francs or pounds sterling. Your workspace's first purchase fixes its currency.
- Can I try LimeGhost before launch?
