Scheduling & calendar
How it works
Pick a day and a quarter-hour
An hour grid and a minute row: 09:00, 09:15, 09:30, 09:45. Always in the project’s own time zone.
Save it, and it’s armed
Saving the schedule marks the post ready. A date that’s only planned never looks like it will fire.
It goes out by itself
Every quarter of an hour LimeGhost publishes what’s due — the same way the Publish now button does.
Hiccups fix themselves
If a network is unreachable or rate-limits, LimeGhost tries again after 1, 5, 15 and 15 minutes, for up to an hour.
Worth knowing
What it costs
Scheduling and the calendar are free, and so is publishing to LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Mastodon and your blog. A post to X costs 5 credits, plus 2 per extra thread part, 1 per image or video, and 20 if it contains a link — X charges us for those.

Scheduling & calendar
Questions, answered.
The project’s. Each project has one time zone, set when you create it, and every time in that project is shown in it.
LimeGhost retries temporary failures by itself for up to an hour. If it still can’t publish, the post stays blocked and you see why, so it never goes out twice or by surprise.
A post with a date and time is planned. It’s scheduled — and will publish — only after you save it in the schedule dialog.
Yes. Add the channel and choose “I’ll post it myself”: it sits on the calendar with the rest, and you mark it published when it’s out.
No monthly post cap on any plan, within a fair-use limit of 2,000 published posts a month.
