Every evening, five minutes

Write down what happened. Post about it later.

The best build-in-public posts come from the week itself: the decision, the bug, the small win. The project diary is where that goes, so the material is there when it’s time to write.

Project diary

How it works

01

One entry a day, or ten

Dated entries in a list or a calendar. Write it while it’s fresh — a line is enough.

02

Keep the evidence

Add photos, screenshots and files to an entry, or generate an image for it, with the same picker posts use.

03

Let it become ideas

When your companion suggests ideas, it reads your recent entries and remembers which ones an idea came from.

Worth knowing

  • A Lab featureThe diary is still experimental. Turn it on under Settings → Lab; it can change before it’s finished.
  • List or calendarBrowse entries by day, or open a month and click a day to write.
  • Your companionIt can read, add and update diary entries when you ask it to.
  • For the whole teamEvery member of the workspace can write, and each entry shows who wrote it.

Questions, answered.

Because it’s new and still changing. Lab features are on every plan; you switch them on yourself under Settings → Lab.
