Fair use

The small print, in large print

What “unlimited” means.

Unlimited posts, a media library you don't count, and on Agency unlimited projects, accounts and members — they're real, for real use. Behind them sit a few fair-use caps, set far above what a busy brand needs. They exist to stop abuse, not to meter you.

Plenty of wall. Not an infinite one.

The caps

Every number, on every plan.

These are the same on Solo, Team and Agency, and they're read straight from the system that enforces them.

If you reach one

Nothing breaks. One thing waits.

01

Only that action stops

LimeGhost tells you which cap you reached. Everything else — editing, the calendar, analytics — keeps working.

02

Over your plan? Read-only

If a workspace has more projects, accounts or members than its plan allows — after a downgrade, say — it becomes read-only until it's back within the plan or moves up.

03

Nothing is deleted

Reaching a cap never removes your work. Monthly caps simply reset with the next plan month.

Have a real need above a cap? Write to us — the caps are there for abuse, and we'd rather hear about your use case.

Why caps exist

So the price can stay flat.

01

Abuse, not work

A bot posting thousands of times a month costs everyone. The caps stop that without ever touching normal use.

02

One flat price

With no per-post or per-channel fees, caps are what keep one heavy account from raising the price for the rest.

03

Watched, then tuned

We watch how real workspaces use LimeGhost and adjust the caps — up, wherever real use needs it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Very unlikely. The caps are set far above what a busy brand publishes, captures or stores in a month.
